DAC Baseball Players of the Week (March 5)

The Dallas Athletic Conference has announced the Baseball Players of the Week for the week of Feb. 24 – March 2.

Billy Rogers of Cedar Valley College is the DAC Baseball Position Player of the Week.

The sophomore outfielder from Mesquite, TX had a .429 batting average for the week with 2 home runs, 8 RBIs, 8 walks and 9 runs scored in 6 games.

Triston Dixon of Brookhaven College is the DAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman righthander from Corrigan, TX went 1-0 in two appearances last week. In 6 innings pitched, he allowed just 1 earned run on 2 hits with 9 strikeouts and 1 walk. He had a 1.50 ERA with a 0.50 WHIP.
