Wrangler Softball wins Southwest District A Championship

The Odessa College Wrangler softball team won the Southwest District A Championship this past Friday beating Weatherford College 14-6 in five innings.

With the win, Odessa punches their ticket to the NJCAA D1 Softball World Series in Oxford, AL May 25th through the 30th.

This is the sixth consecutive trip for the Wranglers to the World Series. 

The bracket for the 2026 World Series will be released on Tuesday evening.
