Region V Men's Basketball Players of the Week (Jan. 24-29)

Region V has announced the Men's Basketball Players of the Week for the week of Jan. 24-29.

The Region V Players of the Week are C.J. Hall of McLennan Community College and Khaleem Bennett of Western Texas College.

A 6-1 guard from Killeen, Texas, Hall was 11-16 from the field, including 4-5 from 3-point range, and 6-8 from the free throw line. In the Highlanders' two games, he scored 32 points and had 3 rebounds.

A 6-5 guard/forward from Hamilton, Ontario, McCrary was 18-of-23 from the field and hit on 7-of-9 attempts from the free throw line. Overall, he had 43 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists, a blocked shot and a steal for the Westerners.
