2017 WJCAC All-Conference Softball Team

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the 2017 All-Conference Softball Team.

The All-Conference team is selected in a vote of the conference's coaches.

The Most Valuable Player is Kaylynn Lopez of Howard College. The Coach of the Year is Kelly Raines of Howard College.

First-team All-Conference selections and All-Region selections include the following:

PITCHERS: Crystine Kistner of Midland College, Winter Ridgeway of Odessa College, Kylie Shay of Howard College, Celeste Villagrana of Howard College and Mickaela Brown of Howard College.

CATCHERS: Evelyn Loyola of Howard College, Megan Darling of Howard College and Kayla Shaw of Midland College.

INFIELDERS: Vanessa Muro of Odessa College, Jackie Mercado of Howard College, Kayla Martin of El Paso Community College, Kassie Maddox of Midland College, Taylor Fogle of Odessa College and Priscilla Guzman of Western Texas College.

OUTFIELDERS: Madoline Seumalo or Howard College, Mackenzie Mitchiner of Howard College, Christina Valdez of Odessa College, Kiana Broderson-Jones of Midland College and Kawena Cabrera of Western Texas College.

DP/UT: Kaylynn Lopez of Howard College.
